Bookkeeping

-         monthly and periodic computerized statements using ACCPAC Plus, an integrated software that also addresses multiple currency transactions. The Job Cost module in ACCPAC Plus can also be customized to provide valuable job cost reporting; and

-    monthly and periodic computerized statements on Simply Accounting as required.

ONSITE BOOKKEEPING

-         clients who manage their own accounting software for such matters as invoicing and receivable control require on-site bookkeeping;

-         Premier Crew Ltd. recognized the need and have assigned Senior Accounting Technicians to service these clients on a monthly basis.

Income Tax Preparation

-         year round preparation of business (i.e. proprietorship ) and personal tax returns; and

-         tax planning advice and strategies to manage income tax liability. 

PAYROLL SERVICES

-         calculation of source deductions with clear instructions on how to meet statutory government requirements; and

-         preparation of individual T4’s payroll summary reports as well as Records of Employment (ROE). 

INTERIM UN-AUDITED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

-         monthly, quarterly and annual statements;

-         monthly bank reconciliations;

-         general ledger account reconciliations;

-         comparisons of monthly budgets to actual results, year-to-date results and to the same period last year. 

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

-         preparation of all returns and adjustments to meet statutory deadlines.
